All our Assessors are employed directly with Tala Training and we do not sub-contract any area of our business to ensure our high standards and support, remains the same for every candidate.
This qualification is a nationally recognised Site Supervision qualification which is intended for Site Supervisors or Assistant Site Managers working in the construction sector.
This is a lifetime qualification, which on completion, demonstrates the candidates competence in the area of construction site supervision.
We can also advise on the relevant CITB grant funding which is available for each qualification.

You will have your own dedicated assessor, who will support and assist you throughout your qualification. Our Assessors are fully committed to helping you at every stage of your qualification.
Tala Training use an e-portfolio platform, which allows you to easily access and update your portfolio at a time and place that suits you.
The e-portfolio will allow you to answer knowledge tasks and upload evidence supporting your answers and keep track of your overall progress.
Obtaining a S/NVQ in Construction Site Supervision, allows candidates to apply for their CSCS Gold card, when completed in conjunction with the relevant CITB HSE Test.
Completion is dependant on the commitment and motivation of the candidate. You can complete in as little as 3 months, although we provide support for up to 12 months. With S/NVQ's, they can be completed at a pace that suits you.
GRANT FUNDING AVAILABLE
CITB AND APPRENTICESHIP FUNDING
A £1250 CITB grantis available for CITB registered companies. Tala Training, as an approved training organisation (ATO) can offer guidance and support with grant claims.
Completion of this qualification through the Modern Apprenticeship route in Scotland, will allow companies registered and working in Scotland, to claim grant funding of £3500 per candidate.
