The National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPORS) is an alternative accreditation to CPCS and works across the Construction, Industrial, Utilities, Warehousing and Distribution, Agricultural, Ports and Marine sectors. NPORS training and testing is conducted in accordance with published course objectives and learning outcomes which are derived from the National Occupational Standards.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
NPORS are a CSCS partner card scheme. Which is open to operators working in any industry. The scheme supports the training and testing of lift truck operators, mobile plant operators and users of powered work equipment.
ATTENDANCE AND DURATION
At Tala Training we are proud to be able to offer employers the flexibility to train their workers on site. By offering training and assessments on site with the equipment that would be used everyday, this mitigates the risk of any issues with transferring skills from different training equipment when working on site.
The duration of training and testing will depend on the the item of plant and the experience of the operator, please contact us directly to dicuss further.
ASSESSMENT
A combination of theory and practical assessments will be used.
CERTIFICATION
On successful completion candidates will receive a NPORS card valid for 5 years.
