Construction Safety Training
TALA Training provides up-to-date and modern construction safety training courses, delivered at our fully-equipped facilities in three major UK Cities, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester.
Why Choose Construction Safety Training at TALA?
The Health and Safety Executive are the governing body who put laws and legislation in place to help keep people safe at work. The type of law that is in place depends on the type of industry or sector.
The construction workforce industry involves a lot of health and safety risks, which could result in many injuries and deaths if it were not for The HSE’s construction safety laws.
According to the recently updated Construction Design & Management Regulations (CDM 2015), there are a different set of duties dependent on your role within the construction industry.
Contractors lawfully must plan, manage and monitor construction work under their control so it is carried out without risks to health and safety.
Workers must take care of their own wellbeing and others that may be affected by their actions. They also need to cooperate with their employer and report anything they think may endanger themselves or others.
Due to the dangerous nature of the construction industry, it is beneficial to both employers and employees to have adequate construction safety training.
It is important to choose a reputable training facility with up-to-date course content to make sure you and your employees are receiving the most current training and complying with the new Construction, Design and Management Regulations (CDM 2015).
